Partnership with Parents

At Fosse Paddock we recognise that a close relationship between staff and parents is vital and we pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming atmosphere where close bonds will develop between key staff members, you and your child.

Regular verbal contact is supplemented with "What I did today sheets”, monthly newsletters, progress reports and parents evenings. 

In addition, we hold lots of events which parents and family members can join including our annual BBQ, Christmas Nativity and parties, nursery trips, charity events and nursery photo sessions.

When your child begins nursery you will both  be introduced to their personal keyworker who will build a special relationship with both you and your child. They will get to know you well to help them understand your child’s individual needs and keep you updated on their progress.
